How does per-user pricing work?
Pro and Team plans are billed per user per month. The Free plan is for a single user only. You only pay for active users in your workspace.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens when I reach my article limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan to increase your article limit or delete old articles to make room for new ones.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Team plans also support invoice billing.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes! Pro plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
How does collaboration work?
With Pro and Team plans, you can invite multiple users to your workspace. Team members can edit articles in real-time and see each other's changes instantly.
What is Google Workspace connection?
Team plan includes integration with Google Workspace, allowing you to attach Google Drive files, embed Google Docs, and sync with your organization's Google account.
